We pride ourselves on our Client Services team, made up of strategic leaders and meticulous collaborators that communicate and work directly with our partnering clients to ensure that all campaigns and projects are on-target, on-budget and on-strategy. Each partnering school is assigned a team made up of an Account Supervisor, Account Manager and Account Coordinator that act as the link between your institution and the various departments within the agency.

More than simply managing administrative and organizational work with the various departments, these teams develop detailed lead and enrollment budgets for the schools, implement highly trackable data within their campaigns to report continuously on ROI to their clients, and essentially become members of your “in-house” marketing team. They become highly involved with the business culture of your institution, get educated on your primary competitors, and proactively engage with their partnering schools to provide innovative, new ideas that fuel further growth for the institution.

Our client services teams live by the philosophy that “your success is our success”, so we always keep the lines of communication open, meet deadlines, stay on budget, and continuously monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns.
