Lead Management System


Lead management systems can automate the lead processing workflow, from lead validation and capture, assignment and distribution, to detailed analysis and reporting. Being able to accept or reject leads in real-time based on unique validation criteria greatly assists to “weed out” those leads that are unqualified, allowing your enrollment team to focus its efforts on working the quality leads.

EDU Interactive’s Lead Management software, Lead GeniSys®, allows us to validate leads according to each institution’s unique requirements. Leads are accepted or rejected in real-time based on those requirements. All lead data is normalized and securely stored for reporting and analysis by source, medium and campaign. Leads can then be assigned to enrollment reps based on a variety of criteria and delivered in real-time to the institution’s CRM via a custom API integration or virtually any other transport mechanism.
